this product is made of cardboard and falls apart. we followed the direction word for word and it still does not stay together. our cats tried it out as soon as we got it together but when they went to the second and top level it collaped on them. they are adult cats 2 and 3 so we bought it for them to give them some enrichment but boy it does not hold up very well. if they were kittens it might work better but for adult cats it does not work for mine. it tips over and falls apart to easily.

My family's cats, Sunshine and Rain, loved this jungle cardboard toy. They used it frequently every day. Jumping into it, jumping on it etc., until one day after we had it for about a year or more, the top collapsed. I am ordering another because the cats enjoyed it so much. I had to call the manufacturer to clear up a question or two about the assembly, but once that was done, it was A++++++++++++. That might be the weakest point, the manufacturer's directions at the time I purchased it left something to be desired. The family initially learned of this toy from either Cat Fancy magazine or Catnip magazine.

It took a while for my cats to get interested in this. They were a little curious as I was putting it together. But, they started playing in the bottom part when I put it against the opened sliding glass door. They had to go through it going outside and coming in. And they had a lot of fun hiding and pouncing on each other.
Right now I have it next to my kitchen counter. And they play in it and use it to get up on the counter while I do dishes.
